How to Check Trial Balance in Chanakya ERP




  • Click on "Accounts Menu"
  • Click on "Trial Balance"
A new window will popped up with all your account, Opening Balance, Debit Balance, Credit Balance
Here you will get two filter option 
  • Standard
  • A/c Group Wise Summery
Note : By Default window will popped up with standard format.

  • Choose A/c group wise summery 
  • Set Report Date 
  • Click on Refresh
Your window will refreshed with Account Group wise data



If you want to check account ledger, select account in list and 
  • Press "F12"
A new window will popped up with ledger of selected party as shown below, Again you have two option 

If you want to open transaction in Voucher Mode
  • Press "F12"


If you want to open transaction in Invoice Mode
  • Press "F11"


From the Trial Balance window you can Print, Preview , or Export in many format like PDF, HTML,EXCEL

 How to STOP negative billing in Chanakya ERP Please go through the following steps to STOP negative billing. Set Negative Billing as Disable in Misc. Settings as shown in below image.                                              (By default, Negative Billing is enabled in Chanakya ERP)            After Apply above settings.   Updates Released in New Version of Chanakya  ERP  (1.1.6.2 - 1.1.6.4) The functionality for rate or value calculation in a Challan can be activated through the Misc. menu. The Sales Return (B2C & B2B) modules now support both Bonus Entry and Bonus Adjustment functionalities.
