How to Check Stock Details in Chanakya ERP

  • Select "Report Menu"

A new window will popped up 

  • Click on "Show" Button

Now you will able to show all your stock Detail, Total Quantity, Purchase Value of your stock and MRP value of your stock.


You will get multiple filtering option in this window to checking and getting exact detail of your stock. Here you can check your stock Product Group Wise, Brand Group Wise, Stock Date wise Stock valuation Method wise and Item Wise Searching


You can easily export this stock report to the excel sheet 
  • Click on "Export" Button
A new window will popped up with all heading detail of report you can easily choose and make your report as you want.

Now your stock report in excel sheet will have been generated.
