How to Create/Modify GST Group in Chanakya ERP

Create GST Group

• Click on "+" Symbol beside GST Group option in Item Master or Press "F12" on GST Group option available in Item Master (reference image shown below.) to open GST Group Master window.

• Enter name of GST Group which you want to create.
• Select "Active" as status.
• Click on Add button or press Enter Key to create

Modify GST Group

• Click on "+" Symbol beside GST Group option in Item Master or Press "F12" on GST Group option available in Item Master (reference image shown below.) to open GST Group Master Window.

• Double click on GST group which you want to modify or deactivate from the list as shown in below image.

• Then change the GST group name.
• To deactivate GST Group
• Status (*) : Select "Deactive" as status for deactivate GST group.
• Click on Save Button to save the changes.

NOTE: Here you can also set GST Group name as HSN Number so that you can set HSN wise GST In GST Applicable Setting option.
