List of enhanced features in update release 1.0.4.2


  • Line item net value (taxable value + GST) has been updated in all invoice formats of Invoice B2C and Invoice B2B.
  • Now Party A/c Balance can be printed in all invoice formats of Invoice B2B, Setting for activate this feature is available in Misc Settings of Tools Menu.
  • Display Structure of GST Classification has changed in all invoice formats of Invoice B2C and Invoice B2B.
  • Option for Debit Note Receipt and Credit Note Receipt has been activated, its impact will be shown in GSTR-2 (When GST Council will start filling GSTR-2, currently GSTR-2 has deferred till March 2018.)

  Updates Released in New Version of Chanakya  ERP  (1.1.6.2 - 1.1.6.4) The functionality for rate or value calculation in a Challan can be activated through the Misc. menu. The Sales Return (B2C & B2B) modules now support both Bonus Entry and Bonus Adjustment functionalities. For item verification during entry in Sales Return (B2C & B2B), the F9 key can be used to access detailed sales information. New reports for Money Receipt B2B and Money Receipt B2C have been integrated into the Accounts Menu. The complete list of settings related to Production and Bill of Materials (BOM) can now be viewed and exported. This option has been added under the Production/BOM Settings.
